Remarks by Minister GNM Pandor, at the Parliamentary Debate on the SONA, 13 February 2024 As we reflect on the past 30 years of South Africa’s foreign policy, the country can be proud of the work of our Department of International Relations and Cooperation which has consistently seen South Africa punch above its weight on the global stage. South Africa is considered a champion of human rights around the world, a leader of the Global South, and a leader on the African continent, driving continental integration.
