Official memorial service for the late Ambassador Masetlha
The Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) will host the official memorial service for the late Ambassador Billy Masetlha on Thursday, 18 May 2023.
Ambassador Masetlha passed away on Sunday, 14 May 2023, whilst serving as South Africa’s ambassador to the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, also accredited to the Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic.
The memorial service will take place as follows:
