Minister Pandor to host the Inaugural Charlotte Maxeke African Women Leadership Awards in Gauteng

 

The Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Dr Naledi Pandor, will host the Inaugural Charlotte Maxeke African Women Leadership Awards at the Sandton Convention Centre (SCC) on Saturday, 25 March 2023.

 

The event is aimed at recognising and honouring exceptional African Women leaders whose achievements, influence, and contributions have advanced Africa’s development in various sectors of society. The Awards will also recognise contribution to the advancement of gender quality and women’s empowerment.

 

Approximately 300 people will be in attendance, comprised of Cabinet Ministers, Members of Parliament, the Diplomatic Community, African Women Leaders, Captains of Industry, Civil Society and Community leaders.

 

The Awards will be held as follows:

 

Date: Saturday, 25 March 2023

 

Time: 17h00

 

Venue: Sandton Convention Centre
