Minister Lindiwe Sisulu to address South African foreign relations priorities at Wits University lecture

 

The Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Lindiwe Sisulu, will address members of the South African Institute of International Affairs (SAIIA) on South African foreign priorities and key international events.

 

In 2018, South Africa completed successful terms as Chair of BRICS and IBSA and joint Chair of FOCAC.

 

In January 2019, South Africa assumed a non-permanent seat on the UN Security Council for the third time. In 2020, South Africa will assume Chairship of the African Union.
