Notice to all prospective service providers.

The Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) wishes to alert prospective service providers to fraudulent communications claiming that companies have been appointed to the catering services panel and requesting payment.

Please note that the tender evaluation and adjudication process has not been finalised, and no appointments have been communicated. DIRCO does not require or authorise any payment for appointment to the panel. Service providers are therefore urged not to make any payments in response to such requests.

DIRCO will communicate the official outcome through the platforms on which the tender was advertised. Any suspicious communications or requests for payment should be reported to the National Anti-Corruption Hotline on 0800 701 701.
