Minister Lamola to deliver remarks at two events in Gauteng

The Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Mr Ronald Lamola, will speak at two events in Gauteng on Friday, 11 October 2024.

In the first event, Minister Lamola will deliver the keynote address at the Mapungunbwe Institute for Strategic Reflection (MISTRA) Conference in Sandton.

From there, the Minister will speak during the Dr Tlou Cholo third Annual Legacy Lecture at the Freedom Park Heritage Site in Pretoria. The Lecture will take place under the theme, South Africa’s Thirty Years of Democracy – Quo Vadis?.

It is expected that Minister Lamola will use the two occasions to reiterate South Africa’s commitment to the maintenance of international peace and security, promotion of human rights and sustainable development, among other issues.
