Minister Lamola meets Secretary Lammy on Working Visit
On July 16, 2024, Mr Ronald Lamola (MP), the Minister of International Relations and Cooperation for the Republic of South Africa, and Mr David Lammy, the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs of the United Kingdom, held a meeting during Minister Lamola’s Working Visit to the United Kingdom.
They agreed that the two countries would work to strengthen bilateral relations, including consolidating the already strong economic cooperation. They also agreed to jointly work towards an unconditional ceasefire in Gaza, Palestine, and towards a just peace in Ukraine.
