South African citizens residing in or near PERTH, SYDNEY and MELBOURNE are required to apply through their respective VFS Global Centres for: Passports, Identity Documents and Birth Certificates.

NB: VFS applicants through VFS in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth will have their fingerprints taken during their appointments. The SAHC is not able to send the DHA-9 form to VFS applicants.
