The Embassy is open for consular services on civic and immigration from Mondays to Fridays. Consular hours are as follows:
Mondays to Fridays: 08:30 to 12:30
It offers the following services on Consular:
- Passport and Emergency Travel Certificate
The Embassy is open for the application of the ETC Mondays to Fridays between 08:30 to 12:30. The process takes 2 to 5 working days.
- Application for Identity Documents
- Registration of Birth
- Legalisation/ Authentication of documents
It is done by appointment only. The signing of documents shall be done in the presence of an officer of Oath at the Embassy for the purposes of purchasing or selling property or assets in South Africa.
- Apostille Application
The apostille is done in Head Office. The mission will send the documents to DIRCO for apostilling.
CIVIC SERVICES
The Embassy is open for services from Mondays to Fridays for enquiries and application.
