The Embassy is open for consular services on civic and immigration from Mondays to Fridays. Consular hours are as follows:
Mondays to Thursdays: 09:00 to 12:30
Fridays: 08:30 to 11:00

The Embassy is open for services in person without an appointment from Mondays to Fridays for enquiries and application.

The Embassy is open for the application of the ETC Mondays to Thursdays between 09:00 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 15:30 without an appointment and on Fridays between 08:30 to 11:00. The process takes 2 to 5 working days.
The Embassy does not apostille. The documents will be sent to DIRCO for apostilling. It takes 4 months to 8 months for processing.
The applicants are to bring the original document to be apostilled and their copy of passport.
The Embassy can only assist with the forms to be completed and take fingerprints, and for that, we are open Mondays to Thursdays from 09:00 to 12:30.
To submit the application, the applicant has to send the application themselves to SAPS. The information will be available on the forms that the Embassy will provide.
By appointment only. The signing of documents shall be done in the presence of an officer of Oath at the Embassy for the purposes of purchasing or selling property or assets in South Africa.
