Welcome Note by the Head of Mission
The High Commission is located in Kampala, 15A Nakasero Road and it represents the Republic of South Africa in the heart of East African community Region or the great lakes. The High Commission promote relations between South Africa and Uganda.
This website provides general information about South Africa and links to relevant governmental websites for more detailed information. It also provides information to foreign citizens wishing to travel to South Africa. The High Commission offices are situated in 15 A Nakasero and it offers consular services, advice and information to South African citizens visiting or living permanently in Uganda.
HE High Commissioner Lulu Xingwana is the current Head of Mission. She is supported by a team of officials designated according to the following sections:

- Economic section/diplomacy
- Administration and Consular service
- Civic and Immigration
- Defence
- Regional Office
