Transfer of skills project plan shall be signed by both employee and employer in South Africa and it must have specific time frames reflecting when you plan to start to transfer the skills to a South African citizen or permanent resident and the skills to be transferred.<\/li>\n\n<li>The foreigner shall be employed in the position for which the permit was issued.<\/li>\n\n<li>Include Proof of company registration of the Business with CIPC (companies and Intellectual property Commission) and Certificate of good standing with SARS<\/li>\n\n<li>Official Letters\/ Contract of Employment from South Africa can only be signed by South African citizens and Permanent Residents only.<\/li>\n\n<li>Fee is\u00a0CAN $115.00\u00a0paid by money order or certified cheque to the South African Consulate General in Toronto.\u00a0No\u00a0cash, please.\u00a0No\u00a0personal cheque, please.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Intra-company transfer work visa Fee:\u00a0C $115.00\u00a0(effective from 01 NOV 2022)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":21,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_uf_show_specific_survey":0,"_uf_disable_surveys":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-2109","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v26.4 (Yoast SEO v27.7) -
