Documents to be submitted:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collect the documents listed under\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dirco.gov.za\/toronto\/basic-application-information-and-requirements\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">basic requirements<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Letter from the relevant organ of state attesting to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The nature of the programme and the treaty under which it is conducted;<\/li>\n\n<li>The fact that the relevant foreigner participates in such programme;<\/li>\n\n<li>The type of activities that the foreigner is expected to perform under such programme and the duration thereof and whether he or she is expected to conduct work;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n<li>Proof of Governments to Government Treaty to be obtained from Foreign Affairs or confirmed with Head Office that such Treaty exists.
