Pay by money order or certified cheque only. The fee is non-refundable even if you do not meet the requirements.\u00a0No\u00a0cash, please.\u00a0No\u00a0personal cheques, please.<\/li>\n\n<li>The applicants are are ONLY required to provide Police Clearance Certificate \/Report from Countries that they have lived in after attaining the age of eighteen (18 ) years for a minimum period of twelve (12) or more consecutive months in the last five (5) years leading to the submission of the application\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Original Fingerprinted Police Reports should be submitted within six ( 6) months from the date of issue and NO scanned or copies will be accepted<\/li>\n\n<li>Please note that NAME and Date of Birth police report will NOT be accepted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n<li>Medical certificate (downloadable form (<a href=\"https:\/\/dirco.gov.za\/toronto\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/67\/2025\/04\/medical.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BI-811<\/a>) to be completed and stamped by your general practitioner and applicable to all applicants)<\/li>\n\n<li>Letter of acceptance from the SA university\/educational institution and duration of course<\/li>\n\n<li>All learning institutions\u00a0<em>except<\/em>\u00a0universities must provide proof of registration with department of education. A certified ID of the principal of the school is required. The acceptance letter must reflect the start and ending dates of the course, not just duration.<\/li>\n\n<li>Letter from Canadian university\/education institution confirming official exchange (if applicable)<\/li>\n\n<li>Notarised letter of consent signed by both parents for applicant is under 18 years of age<\/li>\n\n<li>An undertaking by the Registrar or Principal of the learning institution to:\n<ul>\n<li>provide proof of registration as contemplated in the relevant legislation within 60 days of registration; or<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>in the event of failure to register by the closing date, provide the Director-General with a notification of failure to register within 7 days of the closing date of registration;<\/li>\n\n<li>within 30 days, notify the Director-General that the applicant is no longer registered with such institution; and<\/li>\n\n<li>within 30 days, notify the Director-General when the applicant has completed his or her studies or requires to extend such period of study.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n<li>In the case of a learner\u00a0<em>under<\/em>\u00a0the age of 18 years-\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>an unabridged birth certificate;<\/li>\n\n<li>a valid passport;<\/li>\n\n<li>proof of physical address and contact number of the adult person residing in the Republic, who is acting or has accepted to act as such learner\u2019s guardian, including a confirmatory letter from that guardian; and<\/li>\n\n<li>proof of consent for the intended stay from both parents, or where applicable, from the parent or legal guardian who has been issued with a court order granting full or specific parental responsibilities and rights or legal guardianship of the learner.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n<li>Proof of medical cover renewed annually for the period of study with a medical scheme registered in terms of the South<\/li>\n\n<li>An undertaking by the parents or legal guardian that the learner will have medical cover for the full duration of the period of study.<\/li>\n\n<li>Proof of sufficient financial means available to the learner whilst resident in the Republic.<\/li>\n\n<li>If you already studied in South Africa and you wish to continue please provide proof of your academic transcripts from South Africa to support your application.<\/li>\n\n<li>The particulars of the person in the Republic who will act as the learner\u2019s guardian, confirmation letter from such person, and certified copy of their passport\/ID document and proof of consent for the intended stay from both parents or from the sole custody parent along with the proof of sole custody and certified copy of identification;<\/li>\n\n<li>Proof of accommodation whilst in South Africa.<\/li>\n\n<li>Return prepaid self-addressed Canada Xpress Post envelope for the return of your passport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>All\u00a0<\/strong>visa applicants must contact the The South African Consulate-General in Toronto at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ImmigrationC@dirco.gov.za\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ImmigrationC@dirco.gov.za<\/a>\u00a0to request an appointment to submit visa application.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Study visa Fees:\u00a0CAN $32.00\u00a0(effective from 01 NOV 2022)The following documents must be submitted with your completed application: All\u00a0visa applicants must contact the The South African Consulate-General in Toronto at\u00a0ImmigrationC@dirco.gov.za\u00a0to request an appointment to submit visa application.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":21,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_uf_show_specific_survey":0,"_uf_disable_surveys":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-1991","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v26.4 (Yoast SEO v27.8) -
