Hall 5A, G126 -G144<\/strong><\/p>\n

In an environment marked by rapid changes in consumer behaviour, sustainability challenges and a constant acceleration of innovation, SIAL Paris 2026 is once again establishing itself as the place where the future of food is being shaped.<\/p>\n

For five days, producers, manufacturers, distributors, buyers, start-ups and experts from around the world gather to share their visions, develop new opportunities and anticipate major market changes.<\/p>\n

The trade fair confirms its international dimension once again this year, welcoming 70% foreign visitors among the approximately 300,000 professionals expected. The event will bring together more than 8,000 exhibitors showcasing 4,000,000 products across 280,000 square meters of exhibition space. The economic impact of the trade fair is based on the presence of 5,000 major international buyers who represent a combined purchasing power of over 100 billion euros.<\/p>\n

The South African Country Pavilion organised and funded by the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (the dtic), features approximately 30 South African export companies. The pavilion showcases a diverse range of South African food products, including canned frozen fruit and vegetables, nuts, dried fruit, tea and botanicals, beverages, sauces, confectionery, and specialty salts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
