class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div><div><p><strong><span lang=\"en-ZA\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Individuals who\u00a0are declared undesirable persons in terms of Section 30(1) (h)\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-ZA\">of the Immigration Act No. 13 of 2002, as amended read with section 50 (1) of Immigration Amendment of 2011 and Immigration Regulations of 2014, must\u00a0submit a written representation as indicated below:<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/div><div><p><strong><i><span lang=\"en-ZA\">The following documents must be submitted:<\/span><\/i><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Written representation<\/li><li>A copy of the declaration of undesirability (Form 19) that was issued at the Port of Entry<\/li><li><span lang=\"en-ZA\">Copy of the relevant pages of the passport, including the bio page<\/span><\/li><li><span lang=\"en-ZA\">Acknowledgement of receipt (in cases where the applicant has applied for a permit and\u00a0the status is still pending)<\/span><\/li><li><span lang=\"en-ZA\">If the applicant overstayed due to medical reasons, a medical certificate must be submitted<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div><p><strong><span lang=\"en-ZA\">The appeal must be emailed to\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-ZA\"><a title=\"mailto:Overstayappeals@dha.gov.za\"
