Please note that, although the Government of the Republic of South Africa utilises the services of third-party service providers in a number of countries to receive applications for official documents, including visas and passports, no such arrangement exists in the Republic of Mozambique. The South African High Commission in Maputo is the only authorised institution mandated to receive, process and issue official South African documentation.
