Documents required.

NB: Over and above these requirements, based on the VISA the Embassy may request additional documents during the evaluation process.

• A passport or travel document valid for no less than 30 days after the expiry of your intended visit.
• Your passport must have at least TWO unused pages for entry/ departure endorsements.
• A completed Form B1-B4 (application for a visa)
• Application visa form MUST be filled in with black pen.
• Payment of the prescribed fee (visa fee at KCB Bank).
• If you have children (minors) travelling with you in SA, you will need to provide the following additional documents.
• Proof of guardianship or custody or, Consent from the guardian in the of case of an unaccompanied minor
• Recent bank statements for three (3) months.
• Confirmation or reservation of accommodation during your stay in South Africa.
• Booking reservation from the airline, journey must start from Juba and return to Juba. (a return or onward ticket).
• A copy of yellow-fever vaccination certificate, A copy of valid passport, Two (2) color passport photographs.
• To whom it may concern (Letter from employer).
• Invitation letter from South Africa.
• Proof of residence or (utility bill)

  IMPORTANT: foreign Nationals

1. Must hold a valid work permit.
2. Letter from the employer.
3. Invitation letter from the host (South Africa)
4. Must hold residence permit.
5. Copy of the passport to be certify by the Police in South Africa.
6. The process period for visitors and transit visa takes at least five (5) working days provided all the requirements are met.
7. Only fully and correctly complete applications will be accepted and should be any supporting documentations be missing, the Embassy will not receive the application.
8. Applications are also personally required to collect their passports upon the completion of the process.
